Yes. Our dispatch desk and ambulances run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Sundays and public holidays.
We send the nearest suitable vehicle as soon as you call. Arrival time depends on your location and traffic; the dispatcher will give you an estimate on the call and keep you updated.
If the patient is unconscious, has unstable vital signs, needs continuous monitoring or is moving from one ICU to another, choose an ICU ambulance. If you are unsure, describe the condition when you call and our team will suggest the right type, or check with the treating doctor.
The fare depends on the type of ambulance, the distance and whether a doctor or paramedic travels along. We tell you the fare before dispatch, so there are no surprises later.
