When you book a service or send an enquiry, we may collect your name, phone number, pickup and drop locations, the patient’s name and age, and details about the patient’s condition that help us send the right vehicle and crew.

How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your request, dispatch and coordinate the service, contact you about the booking, prepare invoices and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Details about a patient’s condition are shared only with our crew and, where needed, with the receiving hospital or doctor, so that the patient receives appropriate care during transport.
Sharing
We share information only with people involved in delivering the service (such as our drivers, paramedics, partner air ambulance operators or hospitals), with service providers who host our website and communications, or where the law requires it.
Third-party services
This website links to WhatsApp and embeds Google Maps and Google Fonts. These services have their own privacy policies and may collect data when you use them.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records for as long as needed to provide the service, handle billing and meet legal and tax requirements, and then delete or anonymise them.
